Here’s what to do!
1. Please ensure that items are returned in their original condition and packaging: unworn, unwashed, and with all tags still attached.
2. If you’ve purchased items during a sale period, please note that discounted items can’t be returned but can be exchanged for items from the sale collection.
3. We welcome returns and exchanges within 3 days of your purchase,so you have some time to consider your decision.
4. To begin the return or exchange process, simply reach out to us with your order information via WhatsApp at 010000000 or feel free to fill out this form.
5. Rest assured, we will process your refund through Instapay, Vodafone Cash, or any bank account within 10 working days after we receive the returned item.
6. We want to be transparent that DOU does not cover the return/exchange shipping fees, which range from 65 to 120 EGP depending on your location.
7. Lastly, please remember that we cannot accept opened shipments, as we hold full responsibility for any items that may get lost, damaged, or replaced.
